Your Role
As a Closer, you will work with warm, pre-qualified leads to close deals and build strong client relationships. Using our integrated CRM system, you’ll manage your sales pipeline, track performance, and report key metrics such as closing rate, AOV, and total monthly closes. You’ll also refine your sales techniques through regular training and coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
● Handle pre-qualified leads and focus on closing deals efficiently.
● Conduct high-quality sales calls via Zoom to showcase our solutions.
● Manage the contract signing process and client onboarding.
● Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and secure deals.
● Work independently while aligning with our proven sales process.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
● Track and report daily on key metrics, including closing rate and AOV.
● Participate in daily sales meetings and ongoing training to refine your approach.
● Continuously improve your closing techniques through feedback and coaching.

● Proven Sales Experience: Track record of closing high-ticket deals.

Requirements
