As a Strategy Associate, you will analyze client challenges, provide data-driven insights, and develop structured frameworks to improve business performance. You will collaborate with leadership and SMEs to implement strategic solutions that drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

 
Business Insights & Data Analysis
● Conduct client discovery calls and business diagnostics.
● Analyze consulting session data, market research, and client materials to determine growth strategies.
● Leverage insights and trends across clients to improve advisory frameworks.

 

Framework Development
● Design, test, and refine scalable business tools to address recurring client challenges.
● Continuously update frameworks based on industry trends and best practices.
 
Consulting Deliverables
● Prepare high-quality consulting materials tailored to client needs.
● Ensure deliverables align with best practices and advisory methodologies.
 
Client Engagement
● Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring timely solutions and professional advisory support.
● Translate business insights into actionable recommendations for client success.
       

Ideal Candidate

● Proven Experience: 2-4 years in consulting, business strategy, or entrepreneurial ventures.
● Educational Background: B.A. or B.S. in business, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or communications preferred.
● Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of business operations and frameworks.
● Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret business performance metrics.
Consulting Skills: Experience designing structured, reusable frameworks for client success.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
● Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
           

Tools You’ll Use

● Google Workspace: Document collaboration and project management.
● Excel & Google Sheets: Data analysis and business modeling.
● Presentation Software: Creating high-impact client-facing materials.
