Kayman is seeking a Social Media Manager, Short-Form Content to lead and execute a high-performance short-form content strategy across multiple platforms, reaching millions of people. Your Role

Key Responsibilities
Editing & Creative Leadership
● Actively contribute to edits and graphic design, setting high creative standards.
● Provide structured feedback to reinforce a culture of quality improvement.
● Ensure all content aligns with brand vision, storytelling principles, and platform best practices.
Content Strategy & Performance Optimization
● Develop and oversee a structured short-form content strategy with clear objectives.
● Track performance metrics and analyze audience insights to refine content.
● Monitor engagement trends and implement strategy adjustments accordingly.
● Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and content performance tools.
Pre-Production & Logistics
● Coordinate short-form content shoots with creative teams.
● Oversee pre-production workflows, including script planning and shot lists.
● Align with key stakeholders before shoots to ensure team preparedness.
Team Management & Process Optimization
● Lead and mentor a team of short-form editors, strategists, and creatives.
● Implement scalable workflows and automation to increase content efficiency.
● Develop structured onboarding processes for new team members.
● Conduct weekly strategy meetings to refine execution plans.
Ideal Candidate
● Proven Experience: Successfully scaled content across multiple short-form platforms.
● Creative & Strategic: Strong video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.
● Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and emerging content tools.
● Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
● Data-Driven: Ability to analyze audience engagement and optimize content accordingly.
● Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and content streams.
● AI & Content Innovation: Understanding of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
● Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities are an added advantage.
