Kayman Academy was founded by Ayman Khan, a Bangladeshi-Canadian entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who turned financial struggles into success across digital marketing, finance, real estate, and e-commerce. His experience revealed a significant flaw in traditional education—its failure to prepare individuals for real-world challenges.
Initially launched as Kayman Inc., a business consultancy and mentorship platform, it specialized in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and financial literacy. As demand grew, the company expanded its focus to structured learning programs and career development to equip learners with high-value, in-demand skills.
In 2023, Kayman Inc. expanded its operations by launching Kayman Academy, a full-scale educational initiative offering expert-led courses, PhD instructors, and career acceleration programs. This addition marked a new chapter in Kayman’s commitment to accessible, results-driven education, empowering students worldwide through practical learning and professional mentorship.
